We have a range of classes to suit everyone whether you want to lose weight, get fit, get in the ring or just have fun. Our elite trainers and their combined fighting and teaching experience can help you achieve your goal. Established in 1993, ETK has produced many great fighters and continues to live up to it's reputation as one of the best gyms in Australasia.

Kick Box Fitness::
This class covers basic thai kickboxing techniques with a focus on fitness. The session begins with a 20-30 minute warm up and stretch. A great class for beginners wanting to learn thai boxing techniques and also for the advanced wanting to fine tune their basic moves. No experience or booking necessary for this class.
Mixed Thai Technique ::
This class covers basic thai kickboxing techniques with a focus on combining moves to form combinations. The session begins with a 20-30 minute warm up and stretch. A great class for beginners wanting to learn thai boxing techniques and also for the advanced wanting to fine tune their basic moves and combinations.No experience or booking necessary for this class.
Boxing Hour ::
Basic boxing technique, defense and movements are the basis of this class, taken by our resident Level 2 boxing trainer, Chris Martin. Chris will take you step by step through boxing fundamentals. This class is recommended for beginners wanting to taste test the fight game for fitness or for fun.
A great class for fighters wanting to work on their hand skills. No experience or booking necessary for this class.
MMA Session ::
Kula is our resident purple belt Jiu Jitsu trainer.
This
class is for medium to advanced fitness levels, however Kula will adjust class if you are keen MMA beginner. This session teaches basic Jiu Jitsu and Vale Tudo techniques for the beginner without Gi (traditional Jiu Jitsu wear). A good entry level MMA class, and a great session for fighters wanting to get fit whilst trying another fight style. No experience or bookings necessary for this class.
Kickboxing Endurance ::
This is a fitness focussed class, consisting of basic repititive punch and kicking techniques. Perfect for all those wanting to work on their fitness. No experience or bookings necessary for this class.
Mixed Fighter Sparring ::
This session is for the capable and advanced. This is a full padded 50% power thai boxing technique sparring session with multiple partners. Classes can sometimes consist of some or all of the following: bag work, pad work, knee sparring and paired technique. If you would like to try this class, please speak with Roger or Jason beforehand.
Boxing Sparring ::
This session is also for the capable and advanced. This is full padded 50% power sparring session, using only boxing techniques, with multiple partners. If you would like to try this class, please speak with Roger, Jason or Chris beforehand.
Women Only ::
This session is designed, suited and only for women. A good class for ladies wanting to get into shape and get fit. A fun relaxed class where you can learn at your own pace. No experience or bookings necessary for this class.
Kids Class ::
This is a fun and safe session for children between the ages of 5 and 10 years old. Gives the kids a great workout with some real kickboxing techniques, drills and pad work. Our patient and friendly trainers will ensure your kids work up a good sweat! No experience or booking is necessary for this class.
Circuit Training ::
This total body workout combines kickboxing, boxing and exercise drills that are easy to learn. The class can be made as challenging or as easy as the individual likes. The class focusses on fitness, strength and core work. No experience or bookings is necessary for this class.
Introduction to Sparring ::
An introduction for beginners to full padded light controlled sparring. The trainer will take you through fight techniques to try on your partner with some free sparring rounds at the end. No experience or bookings is necessary for this class.
