Start with the beginner classes. A lot of them! Once your skills have improved, speak with one of our trainers about sitting your Warrant of Fighting. Once you pass this test, you will progress to our fighters classes and you will be matched if you are wanting to fight.
We also have the ALTA Warrior Programme which is a 16 week fast track fight programme.
Absolutely not! That's our job to get you there. You are encouraged to go at your own pace, until you feel comfortable to be pushed further.
Kickboxing focuses on punches and kicks with fast footwork and movement, while Muay Thai uses punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and clinch techniques.
10oz boxing gloves for general training, and 16oz for sparring. We have good quality options available at reception.
Just like anything else new, the more effort you put in, the faster you get good at it! We have plenty of classes suitable for beginners and they are all included in your membership. The more you attend, the quicker you'll be a lean, mean, muay thai machine!
