An early morning class covering basic thai kickboxing techniques with a focus on fitness. A great Level 1 class for early birds looking for a fitness fix before work. Beginners learn thai boxing techniques, the advanced can fine tune their basic moves. Medium - advanced fitness level recommended for this class. No experience or booking necessary.
