Class Description
A strength based yoga incorporating dynamic resistance. This flow of strength and stretch, stabilizes and strengthens the muscle but also allows us to stretch and release, increasing range of motion and flexibility while gradually decreasing muscular imbalances in the body caused by repetitive movements through sport. This is a workout yoga and you will definitely break a sweat!
